While I visit blogs regularly, I appreciate real columns such as Mr. Glaeser's because of the quality of writing and thinking. Blogs are sloppy in writing and thinking because they're done so quickly. I am one of the rare Americans who actually appreciate clear thinking and good writing, but both require time and effort; blogging doesn't. Keep up the good work and high standards, Mr. Glaeser.
