Homeowners May Be Forced To Plant Trees

Submitted by Lead us to the answer, Oct 28, 2007 07:59

Why would a City Council Member have an issue with planting trees? City Council Members, all those representing the people, should be spending their time trying to map out HOW to do it instead of disagreeing with it. We should all support any ideas associated with reducing global warming. Mr. Avella - please be a leader in this movement and help persuade people to do the right thing. Our children will not be safe and democracy will be pushed aside sooner or later to handle ever-imminent natural disasters similar to those we've already seen. So please, do "force" trees on everyone, you'll be surprised how many people will be HAPPY to oblige. The people ask for your leadership. They ask that you find a way to help the environment. We are all awaiting your lead. Stand up and people will follow.
