If You Like Paul Smith... Then you'll like Bellavista and Ca' del Bosco from Franciacorta (two world-class sparkling wine producers in Italy), some of the Cremant's from Alsace, Movia's PURO from Slovenia, and quite a few of the Terry Thiese grower champagnes, including the ones mentioned above.
