Clinton's Big Tax Hike

Submitted by R BROWN, Oct 31, 2007 15:06

Folks, we better wake up in this country - if you have read the article above, five words jump out which scare the hell out of me. Those words are "Shared Responsibility for Shared Prosperity". What this really means is higher taxes and big big government. This so called shared properity will be shared not only with the lazy, but also the illegal aliens. Those who work hard will be sharing their income at levels unheard of (as there not to high now) with those who don't work so hard (or work at all) and illegal aliens, again illegal aliens. This so called "Shared Prosperity" will mean the government will handle everything for everyone and what ever is left over for the people we'll split it evenly among the hard working, the lazy "bottom feeders of society" and oh of course our illegal alien friends who have broken our laws but feel they are entiltled this so called "shared prosperity".

In the State of Michigan our Govenor just endorsed Mrs. Clinton - not surprising. We here in Michigan are in a recession with unemployment at 7.5% -this State is in Trouble. Losing manufacturing jobs left and right - so what does our Govenor do - you guessed it, she raised our taxes and started taxing a whole host of services. The "shared prosperity" is alive and well in the State of Michigan.

God forbid she or any other Democrat wins the Presidency. Give the people back our earned income - lower taxes and minimize Government and the economy will take care of its self.

I use to be a Democrat - just taking things for granted. One day I woke up because of the taxes I was paying. One thing lead to another and threw reading and researching of parties and political candidates I became informed about the issues. It is really scary if you follow a candidate such as Mrs. Clinton from town to town city to city and what her responses are. She changes with the wind depending on the group she's in front of and what they want to hear. This was evident last night (10-30-2007) in the democratic debates where she flip flopped sveral times and was called on it from Edwards and Obama.

Again, folks we better wake up or you're going to wake up with nothing because your government as taken everything except your portion of the so called "Shared Prosperity". And if that ain't enough (and it won't be) don't worry our big big government will take care of you.

A very concerned American Family
