Feud 'Twixt Wylde, Ravitch Laid to City's Machinations

Submitted by richard mangone, Nov 1, 2007 08:00

Diane Ravitch has allowed the residents of New York City to gain a glimpse of the current Department of Education. Her opinions on public education derived over forty plus years are objective and factually based. The response from the current agents representing the Department of Education are consistent with their manipulation of facts (i.e..test scores) to prove Mayor Bloombergs' political agenda. Her voice is the true voice of public education. All educators should support her efforts and praise her accomplishments. Hopefully she will be writing about educational issues long after this administration is gone.
