Tell Mr Glaesar he should come and visit so he knows what he is talking/writing about. Has he seen the growth in the medical corridor or the new constrution in the downtown area. Is he familar with the new lofts and apartments built or being built with young people and empty nesters moving in. Has he knowlege of the University of Buffalo's plans for downtown Buffalo and their interest in their medical school and research activities being in downtown. These are just some of the signs of the progress being made.
