Zimbabweans in the diaspora are also to blame on the economic meltdown. There is a capitalistic movement in Zimbabwe. Zimbabweans cannot rise up against Mugabe because most middle-class families and all affluent families in Zimbabwe have managed to send at least one or two members abroad. Most have migrated to the UK. And the little income they are earning out there is more meaningful when invested in Zimbabwe. That is why some individuals have developed a tendency of opting for a higher price on a commodity that is so scarce on the market. this is leading to a situation where one with very little money is robbed off all he had.
So this is just a plea to all Zimbabweans in the diaspora, that they should at least try to advise their families, back home, on manners on how to behave when going out for shopping. In such a cinerio, how does one expect a society to unite and rise up against oppression?
Let us all bear love for humanity' sake.
