As and advocate for over 30 years for foster children I am sadden by the fact families look elsewhere for Children to love and bring joy into there lives. We have so many children in care in Florida that need a stable home a real mommmy and daddy.

Here is just one counties data: 5,000 Hillsborough County children in foster care today multply that by 57 counties. These children are shifted from oe home to another just with a plastic garabge bag taking their small amount of treasures. Some don't even know where their sibblings are. Foster care homes in Florida have added to theses chidren's trurma with lack of food, sexual abuse, verbal abuse, and the list goes on.

If familes want to bring love to a needy child they need to look in their home communites and help save lives. These child live years in foster care and then age out at 18 to 21 and end up on the street, in jail or dead. Americans need to look at helping at home first.
