...His party broke with our Constitution, therefore, Fred's sticking to Federalist principles.

Amending our Constitution merely to protect ourselves from further judicial activism is treating a symptom but, not the cause. Stop judges from ignoring the separation of powers and we won't need to start screwing around with the supreme law of the land.
