Thompson Wouldn't Seek Abortion Ban Amendment

Submitted by JerryMark 'MARK' Brinkman, Nov 5, 2007 04:16

Since Mr. Thomplon has expressed his Federalist beliefs, is it reasonable to believe he will fight for a complete overturning of the SO CALLED; SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE; which our Supremes have incomprehensively declared LAW without even taking the statement quoted from Mr. Thomas Jefferson at its actual face value. This started in a court case 'Everson v. Board of Education' in 1947 when the court selected only eight words from Mr. Jeffersons' letter, taking them totally out of concept and with no previous case president from which to draw upon, and finally ignored all earlier Federal court decisions in opposition to their decision stated; "The First Amendment has erected 'a wall of separation between church and state'. That wall must be kept high and impregnable." These are simple facts available to research by just reading the letter writen by Mr. Jefferson to A Committee of the Danbury Baptist Association, in the state of Conn., written Jan. 1, 1802!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
