Egypt Antiquities Chief Says He'll Fight for Nefertiti Bust

Submitted by Khani James, Nov 5, 2007 11:29

It is long overdue that someone in the African nation held others accountable for looting the legacy of Africa. We do understand that these artifacts were getting worldwide recognition on display in other countries. But Egypt is quite able to master their own displays in this day and age.

Egypt was the hub of all knowledge base and so it it time they take their rightful place in the world. Mr. Hawass should not be asking to borrow what was originally the rights of Egypt he instead should be prosecuting all parties and countries that partake in the looting and profiting of those artifacts.

We have given to cesar what is due his, now the world should be chanting Give to Africa what is truely theirs.
