Top-Scoring School Thrives On Challenges

GREAT JOB MARUXA RELAŅO!!
Bravo to the reporter that wrote this article!!

I have read several articles on the school report cards and this is the first one I see that points out the fact that the number one scoring school in the City of New York is a Bilingual School for Spanish speaking students. ELL's are usually blamed for bringing down school scores because they don't know the language and because their attendance is poor among many other labels they are given, but this report card demonstrates that with adequate support these students can show the rest what it is to succeed in the public school academic environment.
