The King, the Pope, And the Sword

Submitted by VBV Raman, Nov 9, 2007 01:24

The King ,the Pope and the sword are total nonsense. Saudi Arabia lives in the 7th century dakness ,while the Pope looks to his current weak position compared to the dark middle ages when the Popes thrived with Kings and fuedal lords not allowing knowledge and scientific enlightenment in. Today we live in democracies and people's republics and we should do away with these useless ,power hungry vainglorious persons who are irrelevant in modern Society. The Saudi Kings or any other islamic dictator/ruler are oppressive ,regressive, barbaric, cruel ,religious bigots who can give only misery to the common folks. Their joint statements and speeches calling for peace etc. are all just farcical and a waste of time - not newsworthy either.
