Retailers So Far Fail To Follow Homebuyers to North Crown Heights

Submitted by Colette Foster-Franck, Nov 9, 2007 12:45

The article is on point. We moved into Crown Heights North in 2004 after being priced out of Fort Greene. We have a beautiful home which we acquired for a great price and we are excited about the potential of the neighborhood. Bur as the article points out, there is definitely a need for more and varied services and may I add, better schools. We frequent Fort Greene and Park Slope for all our needs and unfortunately, we do not send our children to schools in the district.

That said, I believe that change is on the way, and I look forward to having choices. I hope someone from Fresh Direct is taking note!
