Speech by President Sarkozy Before Congress

Submitted by Grace Ellis, Nov 11, 2007 03:43

Unlike former President Clinton who has gone abroad and torn down the United States, President Sarkozy is a true Diplomat. He has proven to me that one man can make a difference; he recognizes what the United States has accomplished and the value of working together for the common good.

He gives me hope. and has chaned my attitude about France.
