Didn't know that the Sun was being published again. I live in Palm Desert, now. In 1947 several students (I was one) from Stuyvesant High School worked afternoons at the Sun at Chambers St and Broadway delivering "mats" to the uptown presses by subway after the stock market closed at 4pm. We went by subway while a copy flew uptown by Sun truck on the East River Drive to 42nd Street. Great job. I did my homework and learned to make a square printer's hat. Never learned how the market worked.
