After reading what Barbara Kirwin said about what I wrote, I was confused . I had 4 people read the original story, then what I wrote and none came to the conclusion Ms. Kirwin did. I would never compare the loss of life to the loss of buildings.

The original story said, there have been many caveats about what the public can relive of Sept. 11, 2001, and that the images are just to graphic and disturbing. My point was, if officials find a way of stopping memorial services Americans will grieve no matter where we happen to be on that day. We remember those lost to us. That is what I said.

I also would not let some politician tell me I couldn't go to the site to grieve. That is your right as a parent, spouse, child, family member, and friend.

I am sorry if the way I wrote what I had to say brought you to the conclussion it did Ms. Kirwin. I have lost family members, including a child and as sad as these losses have been to me I cannot imagine the pain you endure.
