It is not whether St. Vincent's hospital should be modernized or not but rather HOW it is being done. It is extremely high and bulky and with 400-500 new residents being proposed for the residential part being built by Rudin, it is a strain on the schools in the Greenwich Village area which are filled to capacity - both public and private. This is a BIG financial deal!!!!!!!
