A Send-Up That Throws It All Down

the strike is on, so we went off-Broadway and saw this play. WOW! you liked it, but you didn't do Ashley Morris justice. she lights up the stage and you look at her and think yeah, pretty, but when she delivers her lines you fall on the floor laughing!!! her timing is genius and her energy is boundless. does off-broadway have an award at the tony's? if so she deserves one. yes, the star is Charles Busch and he is fabulous as always, but the bonus is ms. morris (i got her autograph because she is going to be a star!).
