MLS Needs an Immediate Dose of 'Sexy Soccer'

Submitted by juke, Nov 14, 2007 19:14

Paul Gardner couldn't be more correct about the upcoming MLS Cup game by questioning their sexy-soccer appeal. Just look at the MLS powerhouse teams, none of them or any other squad for that matter could muster a a better than 2.0 avg. goals per game. The Revs ended the season with a 1.5 gpg avg while the Dynamo had a 1.43 gpg avg. There won't be sexy-soccer Sunday, it will be what it will be; probably a blue collar battle with some spice but no sexiness.
