A British Court's Libel Judgment Is Reviewed by American Judges

Submitted by aris boundakis, Nov 16, 2007 03:14

Across the planet there are plenty of depraved and or ridiculous laws like the English libel one. Instead of worrying that finding for Dr Ehrenfeld will flood the US with contested foreign rulings, judge Jose Cabranes should take pride in the strength of American Law and America's love of Liberty. He should have the faith to know that the American Judiciary would be able to efficiently sort out what is acceptable to a civilised society and what is not. While Europe caves into the corrupt appeasement of Islam, all those of us who beleive in the glory and idispensability of Western progressiveness and enlightenment look to America and its judges. In a world where the lights are going out again you are our last and best defence. Come on you judges; dont let yourselves and us down!
