Now Rumsfeld says that the military alone cannot win the "global Jihad." Duh. Tell us something that we didn't already know. One more reason to bring our troops home. He then goes on to talk about extremists imposing their will on the rest of the world. He is just another extremist trying to spread his will on the Islamic world. All for the oil of course.
