Thankfully we have the web for viewing most proposals. I look forward to reviewing them. And I will likely make it over to GCT to check out those I can't see on-line. Yet, I do question the use of a 'hastily organized' site near Grand Central as the sole place where citizens can check out proposals completely. Why doesn't the MTA establish another closer to the site itself. Perhaps in one of the buildings of Penn Plaza, the Farley Building or in Penn Station? The impacts of this massive project are 'mostly' going to be felt on the west side. This is big stuff... community support is essential... Let's launch this important project correctly.
