Gang members should be allowed to join the military. The military could show them a different road than the one that they are on. Just because they are gang members doesn't make them bad people, just their actions. I have gang members in my family and they're not just thugs that want to hurt people. They are people's sons, daughters, brothers, and sisters. Joining the military could be a good thing to show these people something new and positive.
