When I worked for Bloomberg LLP this man's idea of planning was to hide potential fire code violations. As soon as anybody in uniform showed up we would literally fold up desks and move them out of corridors (where people were working on top of one another.) If anybody on one entire floor of the Bloomberg newsroom wanted to use the restroom or get any food I would have to stand up to let them by my chair. I know this sounds insane. It was insane. It was supposed to be a normal work environment, but it really wasn't. What's my point? This man is a freak. He shouldn't be in charge of anything remotely resembling planning.
