Justice Denied, Again

We are not just talkin about school vouches, but the Constitution of the Unted States.

Has anyone heard of Deprivation of Rights under section 1983, or the Deprivation under Colr of Law, (section 242) well it happened to this 81 year old woman, whose property was taken by fraud and under Color of Law sanctioned in Oregon, while no one even attampted to help when is was obvious that there was Elder Abuse and Financial Exploitation involved. Reason: The Justice Department did not see it as a civil rights violation, taking someone property away and giving it to a perpetrator, who lied, mislead the court and got away with fraud. The Oregon Department of Human Services, (supported by tax payer dollars) as well as the Oregon Department of Justuce, claimed no funding, and me not being in the class of the "indigent". A typical case of discrimination. No one protected the property I owned, My Hone and an Inheritance to be sucrue in my old age, all was taken from me.

In August 2007 I had a stroke, and now being home, I do not have access to my inheritance and the stock I could sell to afford rehabilitation. I live on reduced Trust (an illegal Trust) payments and my low end social security, which medicare subsidises my medicine because all of a sudden im am MADE indigent by a could system who is corrups or circumvents the Oregon as well as thje United States Constitution. I have yet to have been grantd Due Process under law, even though I have valid documents (Living Will, POA and the revocatioon thereof, Deed to my home and stocks in my own trust) all taken BY MY SON UNDER FRAUID AND UNDER COLR OF LAW, because I fought alone, due to my resources been taken by legal fees, and no one to help a woman whose property has been taken illegally.
