To the Parents, and families of PS 36,

I am one of the parents o NEST+m. Last spring, we stood up for our rights as parents, and successfully removed a threat similar to the imposition you are under.

We fought the chancellor in court, and won. They did not put in the charter school that threatened are school's mission and vision. The DOE's mixed bag of tyrannical tactics, media pressure, and legal resources were thrown into the mix to attempt to quash parents whose sole motivation was to protect their children and promises made to them of an uninterrupted, seemless education.
