Celebrate American Culture

Ms. Colon, it also saddens me that no longer do we find civics classes in our high schools, instead our kids are forced to watch propaganda films about the environment. No longer are they told what the responsibilities of being a citizen are and they're told that "diversity" is what makes us great. It is not. It is "the melting pot"; E PLURIBUS UNUM — " out of many; one." Though we come from many backgrounds WE BECOME ONE. We are indeed losing that cohesiveness and becoming separate, no longer proud together but contentious apart. So sad.
