As a tribute by his legions of Charmin users throughout the country, an observance will be held at some pre-selected major malls come midnight, this Saturday! At the very strike of 12, all those in attendance will drop their drawers and engage in a Mass-Mooning to the late great Dick Wison, aka Mr. Whiffle, or as we here in NYC prefer to dub it.....a routine Brown-Out!
