When a Delegation Of Arabs, notable for the legitimacy of their credentials, are able to convince a skeptical Israeli Prime Minister that the Arabs desire Peace between the Israeli Side and the Arab Side, then the United States Government should offer certain facilities to the Parties to assist their arriving at a lasting and just agreement ending the violence in the Israeli Domain. The United States Government should offer no more. Until then, "SMITE THE PAYNIM!" thou brave Israeli Armed Forces. Let America wait, with an open mind and a restrained credulity, for an Arab-fabricated list of creative Arab concessions.

President Bush has appointed two Secretaries Of State, and he could never fire either one of them, which is a mistake too frequently made by Presidents. Neither one has served America well; their loyalty and deference transferred far too easily to the State Department's Bureaucracy, who are practiced in capturing Presidential Appointees and breaking them to the collective will. Secretary Rice pursues a mirage and thereby damages the National Security of the United States. But a Pride of Foreign Service Officers are assured good jobs and high status after they have mastered the jargon of "The Peace Process."
