if they decide to sell buildings in expensive neighborhoods where are the tenants who are not rich or well off supposed to go? what send us to bed-stuy or eny, or some high crime ridden neighborhoods? some uf us are law abiding citizens who escaped those neighborhoods. what if we cant afford to buy our apts.? you tell me the solution to this. oh i know low income and high income or say rich can't live together.
