Mayor Giuliani Attacks Romney on Record as Mass. Governor

Submitted by Debrar, Nov 26, 2007 00:43

Two different scenarios:

Mitt Romney was NOT familiar with Judge Kathe M. Tuttman, whereas Rudy Giuliani was VERY familiar, and associated with, Bernie Kerik.

"Madden said this process of judicial appointment — one that did not disclose the nominee's name to Romney..."

"Romney approved Tuttman's nomination to the commonwealth's Governor's Council, an eight-member body elected to screen and confirm a variety of gubernatorial appointees, including judicial appointees. The council approved Tuttman's nomination."

(Romney Condemns Release of Man Who Threatened to Kill Him, But Will Not Apologize for Judge's Decision: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,312572,00.html )

vs: (Only ONE of many sources cited here)

"In fact, the lapse in the 'clearing' procedure involved Giuliani ignoring the city investigations commissioner when he arrived with the news that Kerik was involved with a company suspected of having ties to organized crime." We both know that he was involved with even more than this.

(Rudy and Bernie: B.F.F.'s: http://www.nytimes.com/2007/11/10/opinion/10collins.html?hp )
