i don't understand. every new york paper i've read is so jaded and beaten by their own words that they say almost nothing. as i understand it, this article says SOMETHING. i'm in shock. and yes, the fact that condoleeza rice will have worked for 8 years on NOTHING is something indeed. thanks ... goldi
