By the tone of this article the writer suggests no attorney should represent anyone who doesn't think like cookie-cutter mainstream America. Apparently the writer doesn't understand our Constitution...and might be more inclined to get rid of that pesky phrase, "with liberty and justice for all."

While the tone of the writing is exceptionally un-American; it does seem the the writer would be more comfortable in a Joe McCarthy era. What some forget however, is old Senator Joe, was once...and this is scary; a judge. But then, a Congress ignoring the criminal behavior of our judges; guarantees the public remains at risk.
