I find it incredible that a woman who trumpeted her experience at Wellesley as critical in her development as a strong woman, can also in the same breath turn around and attack Obama for a statement that dovetails her sentiments. Obama's experience abroad as a child did not teach him foreign policy — to be sure, just as Hillary's time at Wellesley did not teach her about the nuts and bolts of presidential elections — but just the same, I am nearly positive that Obama's normative as well as positive experience in interacting with myriad of cultures were formative, instructive, and provided the lenses — albeit sharpened through education and else — through which he views and interfaces with the world today. Hillary's tone and dismissiveness is scary and made me realize what a nutjob we have on our hands.
