From reading this account, I must say I think that both Clintons were in the right on the issue of whether this fugitive should be returned to custody in Arkansas. However, where was the steadfastness when another fugitive, Marc Rich, sought a pardon, even though he had never stood for trial on multiple counts of fraud? The difference between Rich and Walker is that Rich was, well, Rich and had a wife who contributed heavily to Clinton campaigns and the Clinton library. It seems to me that the Clintons have a reasonable law and order view, except when it comes to those who contribute to their campaigns or his library.
