The Yankees,or any other deep pocketed team would be better served by waiting till next years FA feeding frenzy to make a play for Santana.That would enable a team again,one with deep pockets,to solve other areas of need,such as bullpen help.To trade young arms with the promise of a Hughes or Chamberlain and all their upside, would be a mistake.
