Giuliani, Huckabee Emerge as Strange GOP Bedfellows

Submitted by TrueHawk, Nov 27, 2007 13:48

The south will go with the GOP candidate even if it is Guliiani. Southern voters would rather the cadidate be pro-life and anti-gay-unions, but still vote for Guiliani as the "less of two evils," with the Democratic candidate equating somwhere close to Satan. So, Huckabee will not be needed. They would be targeting a VP from a swing state instead. Huckabee is going for the big enchilada here. The two of them have Romney in the classic pincer movement, so why let up now? Once it is down to Rudy and Huck the gloves will come off, but they will always both be quick to smile and more civil than the average angry politican.
