PANDERING-- A 2FER. undermine the charter schools cost advantage in wages and other costs, once inflated they can complain there is no cost saving over the public schools. The teachers union who pays the democrat bills gets to go after the employees and or attempt to undermine the schools with their bought and paid for political party.
