Spitzer Orders Charters To Pay Union Wages

Submitted by Winfred Mann, Nov 28, 2007 09:54

Comrade Spitzer is overstepping his boundaries. It is none of his business what the teachers and charter schools agree to do. He is merely trying to stamp out any alternative to "failing public education," probably for teachers votes. He should be more concerned about the failing students and the dropout rate, especially in NYC where the 2005 graduation rate was a pathetic 43.5 percent.
