Agreed, reality will force a D-pres to stick partly with the gains made. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT MOST ARE SELLING TO THE NUTROOTS (aka core Democrat voters), who are specifically demanding they all be pulled soonest. So, which fairy tales are we talking about here?

It all depends on how determinedly stupid a candidate the Ds manage to elect, if they do, I guess.
