A Third Term May Glimmer for Mayor
in response to reader comment: Bloomberg is great -- if you're rich

Plan an simply...Where are you getting your stats. Look at education, health care for the poor in the city, urban development in poor neighborhoods. Joe, money is good. Its helps the city. We are what we are because of corporations and banks staying in the financial capital of the world. What we must be careful about is their tendency to abuse their power. Bloomberg does this, while not encouraging them to pack up and move out. Goldman Sachs stayed because of Bloomberg. Its just an example. We need cash from taxing corporations, but do not need to tax them so much that they go elsewhere. Neighborhoods need revival. Columbia will revitalize neighborhoods through expansion. Again, just another example. Joe, get your head out of your you-know-what. This city is better off then it was with Giuliani. He started it, Bloomberg gave it a turbo-boost.
