Ms. Shirlene Cooper needs to realize that most Americans, some of whom are deathly ill with very serious diseases are enrolled in managed care plans. Why should she (or any AIDS patient) be any different. Of course she doesn't want to enroll in a managed care plan. It will limit the services she can have. No American wants to have a managed care plan. Costs have to be contained though. My insurance company will NOT let me have anything I want (straight medicaid does). Welcome to the future Ms. Cooper.
