It's Time To Move Past A-Rod's Salary

Nice article Steve. On Babe & Joe, difference was they were at the mercy of tyranical ownership in their day with only their skills to back them-up along with those fans in their corner. Todays owners say I'll cave to beat the oppostion owner. No, I do not sign checks but I do pay big for a ticket and mucho big for a hot dog & soda I can get for $2.00 at Felix's hot dog wagon. I like Sports & Shows but those who perform in them have been placed above all others in our society well beyond reason. I'm older now so I can go feed the birds if my Cowboys get shut out by the NFLN. The younger ones tend to be more anxious about not seeing an event. I'd write more but my hand hurts. Right Pinky was straight a few years until I got into the habit of thinking it was a baseball glove. Keep-up the great writing. RG

As a Yankee fan, I would have to disagree with your premise about A-Rod's contract. Let's dismiss for now whether... [MORE]
