Saw the special tonight, and I thought the show was kinda lame. The Rockettes looked like swimmers practicing on deck for the water, and the show lacked energy. What about the Christmas part?? That was like a Christmas Story, I would rather see the trditional show, and the Rockettes do their choreography, not one where they look they are in a dance competition. Hello, that is why they are the Rockettes, not to perform some things on a individual basis. And, definitely not with their arms all up and flying around, I guess all the good chroeography left with Vi Holmes sad..... That Rockettes in Diamonds number is beautiful, need to watch the old videos of the Rockettes and the show. Especially for the costumes, where are the hats and special movements that make them so perfect?????????
