As someone who knows of Hugh Weber and his operation, I have to say his opinion should be respected and valued. He runs a safe, fun, responisble business and knows the ins and outs well, as I am aware that he's been in this for years with a perfexct saefty record.
Orlando's flat terrain may not call for rear brakes, but hilly areas do. Each area should consider these factors when drafting local ordinances.
