A London Times report claimed that the facility destroyed in Syria was ,because of it's configuration and the extensive clean up that followed the destruction,not a plant for producing uranium, enriched or otherwise ,but a plant for producing bombs based on plutonium already delivered by North Korea and paid for by Iran.What makes this assertion plausible is North Korea"s desperate need for cash,their obvious disdain for consequences,Iran's oil wealth and its desire for hegemony in the middle east.
