There is an assumption in America that trials are fair. There are times when a trial by jury is unfair when either the victim or the defendant is a Jew, It seem that when the victim is a Jew, such as Rabbi Kahane, the jury ignores the obvious and votes for acquital. When the accused is a Jew, the juries will more likely vote to convict.
