The NIE has failed to deliver the correct estimates again, In 2003 their estimates was that Iraq had WMD when Iraq hardley had any small rockets of any size, now when Iran is on the verge of acquiring nuclear weapons, they report Iran nuclear programm is for peacfull, the US has the most inconsistant intelligence in the world, it clearly needs to be reorgnised and study the deception of the Iranian leadership.
