It's amazing. Finally, people realize that a HUGE reason housing is too expensive is due to overpriced labor. Once it's realized, they don't want to address it.

Also, it's an amazing breach of fidicuiary responsibility to use pension funds to invest in below market return investments. You're robbing current pensioners to help current teachers. Who bails out the pension fund?
